Please go through the following refund and revision policy carefully, as it complements the actual term of use which is formally a legal binding contract between our client and the platform i.e. makemyassignments.co.uk/
- You can’t cancel the “assignment”, we provide to you as we are drafting your solution according to your specifications, recommendations provided by you. Once you have received an email from our automated system for order acceptance. You will be levied a charge for all your assignment. For any loss of mail from your side, we are not responsible.
- All works are completely non-refundable as our experts have a set bandwidth of their routine and they get reserved for your work as soon as your assignment is confirmed. Assignments we provide to you are crafted according to your details and instructions and they are personalized for you. If you are dissatisfied with any of the points described in our policy, you are free to file your complaint by emailing us at enquiry@makemyassignments.co.uk. We assure you that we will respond to any of your queries about your dissatisfaction with our service within 28 working days of your formal request, provided you contact us within that suitable timescale.
- The terms and conditions related to payment are already provided with our third-party payment gateway affiliation such as PayPal, and services associated with our platform, In some of the circumstances based on individual rapport with the customer we might refund based on financial unit input. In the event, that requirement haven’t been met, we will use all our efforts to arrange you an expert that can revise and edit your document under the condition if you contact us within 7 days of delivery of your order. If you fail to notify us within those seven days, you will be deemed to accept that the work has met your given requiremnets.
- When you are informing us about your original requirements and instructions which haven’t been met, you must clearly set out your issues with our provided assignment in writing what the writer has missed and forward your original email containing your initial requirements to us. You should always ensure that you have read the whole of the document and mention all the flaws discovered during that reading. Make sure that you mention all your issues in a single written inquiry as request for amendments can only be made once.

However, in case our expert have already started your assignment, our expert have already started working on your assignment, then you have a choice either to continue with the procedure or the expert will deduct an amount equivalent to the work and research done by him along with 25% of total agreed amount. This is for the sole reason as our experts will get a reimbursement for the amount of work he has done. Orders with an urgent deadline for instance 24 hours, which are remaining to submit, shall not be allowed in any condition to cancel, or refund.
- If you notice that you have been charged twice for the same order and you received two emails with different receipt ID, do not hesitate to contact us. Just provide us with both the receipt number with one of our chat executive. You will be availed an option to get it recharged under your wallet or get a full refund within 7-10 business days. This happens because of one of the system failure and we apologies for such inconvenience.
- We have designed our process in such a way, that we assign you the most appropriate expert to work for your domain, however in some cases if we fail to provide you an eligible expert for your order. Consider your next assignment with us of same value completely free.
- Although we have a success approval rate of almost 98%, in case your assignment gets failed or not accepted, we will refund you the whole amount, no questions asked. We will even provide you with an additional 50% of the same value in your wallet for your next order. However, the maximum available duration to claim your refund varies with the plan you choose, i.e. 90 days for premium users and 60 days for standard/limited plan. The refund under this criteria is not applicable if grades obtained are more than 49.99%.
- There are no refund criteria for some services such as resume writing, plagiarism report, and availing pre-used assignment solutions.
- There is no cash refund policy except for some services mentioned above, even if your claim id genuine, we can credit the amount to your wallet for your next assignment.
